Foods That Are Not Included in the Paleo Recipes

Most of the foods in the Paleo Recipes and Diet Plans are about foods that you can eat. However, you may also need to know about the foods that you should not take or are not included in the Paleo diet plan. Other foods that are allowed in the said diet are tea, coffee, beer, wine and other spirits. The last three items are to be taken in moderately or as suggested. With regards to foods that are to be avoided are the following. They are any dairy processed foods specifically butter, cheese, cream, frozen yogurts, spreads, low fat and skim milk, whole milk and yogurts and many others. Cereal grains are also prohibited or not included in the diet plan. Any foods made of corn, millet, barley, rice, rye, wheat and wild rice are not to be eaten. Legumes or beans are also included in the foods to avoid list. These foods are not even visible in the Paleo Recipes listing.
